hari ke-26 herbalife'fing

lil hapdet slps 3 hari detox yg ader cheat jugak (merembat mini karipap ala2 5 bijik + sekeping waffle in-between meal... lapar gile sey!!)...

berat terkini 69.9kg... dikira hampir mencapai target sbb sepatutnya berat tu adalah utk 2nd F1... tp sbb F1 dah abih, maka semasa detox itew ku telah membuka 3rd F1... kira ok la jugak...

ku sgt suke... ni kire belum sebulan lg kan? wakakakka...

berat badan ku turun at least 3kg selepas habis 2nd F1... skrg 2nd F1 dh diguna lbh kurang 1/4...

lagik berapa kg nak reach 3kg?
skng tinggal 1kg je lg.. klu wat detox, maybe result lg cepat

69.9 lah... 72.9 - 3 = 69.9kg... betul kan?

sangat suker...

kawan2... saya sgt suker hati hari ini... telah turun about 1.8kg within 12 days... so, perancangan saya adalah utk menghilangkan lagi 0.2kg dlm masa 2 hari... jd, seminggu turun 1kg... or, paling koman pun sebulan at least turun 3kg...

sowii kengkawan... hari ni xde hapdet utk berat badan... saya tak timbang pg tadik... tggu next week plak yer... saya nk cuba menahan diri drp menimbang hari2... bukan aper... kadang2 tu dlm sehari ada la kot 5 kali dok atas penimbang tuh... jd saya nk set kan masa... mungkin dlm 5 hari baru boleh timbang utk tau result...

chocberry burp shake


Ingredients:
2 scoops Dutch Chocolate Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/8 teaspoon orange extract
4 ice cubes

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

resepi shake - labunana shake kebaboom


Ingredients:
2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
1/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1/2 medium banana
Few drops vanilla
Scant 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
4 ice cubes

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

why cik jah don't put her daily menu

1. always forgot aper yg saya makan....
2. saya slalu mkn benda yg samer setiap hari... nasik + ayam...
3. saya strictly follow the diet... meaning tarak cheat2 yer... klu lapar je minum air bebanyak... memang x makan antara waktu makan...
4. malas nak hapdet daily menu...
5. saya nak jadikan blog ini sbg sumber rujukan herbalife + kesihatan... bukan sbg my personal hl's blog ajork...

hapdet utk hari ke-6

pagi ni timbang selepas take bath & minum shake as breakfast... the result is 72.0 kg... smile!! means that i lost 0.9kg within 6 days...

ohhh... almost forgot... this herbalife is work for my skin too... i can see that my pimple scar is less visible...

why cik jah don't put her pic in this blog...

1. bila saya rasa saya tak cun, maka saya tidak akan terhegeh2 depan kamera which until now i'm still rasa i ni kureng cun... haku raser even haku mekap pun, takkan jd cun punye la...

2. pic saya ader byk dlm kamera org lain... dlm kamera saya tiada satu pun pic saya so cmne nk download...

3. kamera saya digunakan utk amik gmbr org lain... maksudnya haku ni la yg jadik cameraman nye.. klu org lain amik gmbr, sumer gmbr tak sharp... sbb tu la cik jah ni yg jd cameraman...

4. saya bukan la org yg suka snap pic diri sendiri... sbb haku tau nnt pic jd burukzz sgt...

hai kawan2... mungkin kawan2 tak tau kot... cuma cik jah nak bgtau ajork yg cik jah menjadi silent reader blog kowang sumer... saje je nk tgk perkembangan korang as hl's consumer... maner yg ader kotak jerit tuh cik jah ader la tggl kan msg... maner yg tak de tuh cik jah baca dlm diam ajork...

pengurusan berat badan cik jah

hai, semua... mungkin tak ramai yg kenal cik jah (mcm la haku ni fofular cam mek siti iteww)... so, cik jah nak bagi sedikit intro2 dia... kater org, tak kenal maka tak chenta...

umur cik jah 27 tahun... tinggi 164 cm... maser zaman anak dara dulu, berat yg paling 'ringan' adalah 56kg... then maser baru2 kawen 65kg kot... tp sumer org kater cik jah ni tak nampak gemuk sbb cik jah tinggi.. lagi satu, badan cik jah ni klu mengikut majalah intrend adalah potongan jam pasir... jd bhgn butt tu ala2 ziana zain gitu... sbb tu la kot payah nak kurus... rangka cik jah pun besar gak...

then maser dh nak bersalin (ala2 bulan ke-9 giteww) berat cik jah menjangkau 89.5kg... hahahha... besar tuh... lps bersalin cik jah hanya berjaya turun kan 10 kg shj which mean 79kg-78.5kg...

sblm cuba herbalife, cik jah cuba produk X (ia minta namanya dirahsiakan)... turun la maybe dlm 4kg gitu (75kg-74kg)... then the weight jd 'status quo'... cik jah berenti amik produk iteww n diet secara natural (2 minggu)... turun beb even tak byk sgt... maser tuh berat dlm 72.9kg...

so, berat sblm hl adalah 72.9kg.. fyi, cik jah terima parcel herbalife baru2 ni jer... dlm 4 hari yg lepas... guess what? pagi ini cik jah timbang berat badan sebelum g keja + after take shake as my breakfast, my weight is 72.2kg... which mean i lost approx 100g - 200g every day...

i enjoy taking shake... but hey, even weekend pon cik jah tak langgar pantang tau... disiplin kena mau kuat...

to all my hl frenzz yg visit this blog... selamat berkenalan... jd kan blog yg kita create ni sbg platform utk memotivasikan + menghargai diri sendiri... opsssss lupa nk bgtau... cik jah target 52kg... why 52 kg? saya sepatutnya berat 52kg shj after mengambil kira peratusan lemak yg ada dlm bdn... my fat level is high... jd kira byk lemak la nih...
